 Cancellations, exchanges, returns & refunds

I accept cancellations within 24 hours after placing the order. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted.

Returns are not accepted for any made to order, custom size and custom orders are non returnable.

Pasties may only be exchanged as long as the pasties are in perfect, unused and the protective backing has not been removed. Custom pasties are non returnable.

I will replace any item that becomes damaged in the post, I will need to see photo evidence of damage before any resolution occurs. I will not replace any item that has been damaged through lack of care.

The customer is responsible for any postage costs with returned & or exchanged items.

 Custom work, bespoke garments

I do not offer cancellations past 24 hours, refunds or exchanges on custom work. Made to measure items are very hard to resell.

Measurements for bespoke work are taken by yourself and therefore I can not be held responsible for any poorly fitting garments due to inaccurate measurements given.
